I’m Pejman Moghbeli, DMD, FAGD. I bring the perspective of someone who treats patients, runs a practice, and has asked for a second look at his own floor plan.
Why this is personal
I’ve been the dentist asking for a second look.
When I was planning my own dental office, I posted my floor plan on Dentaltown and asked other dentists for input.
I’ve been on the owner’s side of that conversation. Today, that experience informs the perspective I bring to Dental Build IQ.
When I review a project, I think about the people who will use it: how patients move through the office, where assistants need supplies, how sterilization fits into the day, and what the practice needs to open.
I also look at the decisions behind the budget. What needs clarification? Which purchases belong in the opening plan, and which could wait? Where do the documents leave responsibility unclear?
My aim is to give you a clearer set of questions and priorities to discuss with your project team before you commit.

How I fit in
A useful addition to your project team.
I review your project for a fixed advisory fee and do not accept commissions from the vendors being reviewed. You receive written findings, questions for the responsible professionals, and a call to talk through the priorities.
Your architect, engineers, and contractor remain responsible for design, technical requirements, permits, and construction. My role is to help you understand the decisions in front of you.
